Privacy Policy

The short version:Your health data is yours. We never sell it, never share it, and never use it for advertising. Your voice recordings are processed to extract workout data and discarded — we don't store audio.

What we collect

TalkFit collects the following data to operate the app:

· Account information — your email address and authentication credentials
· Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes you log
· Voice input — audio recorded to parse workout data (processed and discarded, not stored)
· App usage data — which features you use, to improve the product
· Device information — iOS version and device model, for technical support

Apple HealthKit data

TalkFit optionally integrates with Apple HealthKit. If you grant permission, TalkFit may read the following data to provide more informed weekly check-in analysis:

· Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
· Resting Heart Rate
· Sleep Analysis
· Step Count
· Active Energy Burned

HealthKit data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.This is both our policy and a requirement of Apple's HealthKit framework. HealthKit data is used solely to provide and improve TalkFit's features.

Voice data

When you use voice logging, your audio is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. The audio is used to extract workout information (exercise name, weight, reps) and is not stored on TalkFit's servers after processing. The parsed workout data — not the audio — is what gets saved to your account.

Google's use of data submitted to its APIs is governed by Google's privacy policy and API terms of service.

How we use your data

· To operate and improve TalkFit
· To provide AI coaching and weekly feedback through Forge
· To send account-related communications (if you opt in)
· To respond to support requests
· To diagnose technical issues

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

TalkFit uses the following third-party services to operate:

· Supabase — database and authentication (servers in the United States)
· RevenueCat — subscription management (payments processed by Apple)
· Google Gemini API — voice processing and AI coaching

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email support@talkfit.llc with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 7 business days.

Children

TalkFit is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TalkFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
