By downloading or using TalkFit, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
TalkFit is a workout tracking application provided by JCT Developments LLC. You may use TalkFit for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use TalkFit.
You agree not to:
TalkFit offers optional paid subscriptions: Pro ($4.99/month or $34.99/year) and Premium ($9.99/month or $34.99 for the first year, then $69.99/year). Subscriptions are billed through Apple and managed through your Apple ID.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TalkFit. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
TalkFit's AI coaching features — including Forge — are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional fitness advice, medical advice, or the services of a licensed personal trainer or physician. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning a new exercise program or making significant changes to your training, particularly if you have an injury, health condition, or are returning from a period of inactivity.
Exercise involves physical risk. JCT Developments LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health event that occurs in connection with your use of TalkFit or its recommendations. You participate in physical activity at your own risk.
TalkFit, including its code, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by JCT Developments LLC. Your workout data belongs to you. You grant JCT Developments LLC a limited license to store and process your data to operate and improve the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCT Developments LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TalkFit. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of TalkFit will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TalkFit at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using TalkFit at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription through Apple.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of TalkFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
